General Bush of God's Army

Ah! What the fuck?

To the American People: What do you not understand about SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE?!? Get outraged at this! Her nomination should be thrown out immediately, for about 37 reasons.

Bush is a fucking raving Christian in the Oval Office and he is ruining the democracy he claims to be proliferating.

Did you know that the elected president of Iraq will not shake hands with women? Yet GWB claims to be having success spreading his idea of freedom.

First of all, you don't spread freedom. The act of trying to do so is called imperialism and that is something that is done very much not in the spirit of freedom, as Americans like to think of it.

Freedom is a word that has lost its definition. The administration has created a skewed connotation of this sacred word for American's to believe. And too much of America is buying it.

Americans are afraid to voice an opposition opinion to anything with the words "Patriot," "Freedom," "Terror," "Liberty," or "American" in it.

The Patriot Act gave government unconstitutional powers, but Americans bought it and Senators voted for it because who wants to be the guy who voted against something called The Patriot Act?, no matter how fucked up the whole law is.

We need more free thinking people to step up and alert the public about how the government is numbing our minds, not just that they are doing it. People NEED to know HOW they are doing it so that they can recognize it in the future.

Pay attention to the language these guys use. Half of the time when Bush is talking about freedome and liberty and terror, his sentences are basically meaningless. Pick apart the language the next time you hear him speak, really pay attention to how he is using each of those words. Pay attention to what comes immediately before and after them.

Speech writers are very good at hiding messages and information and at making bad things look good. So it takes careful, analytic listening to decode the bullshit they are sending our way.

Back to Separation of Church and State:

Separation of Church and State is one of the two or three most important elements of the constitution. The Framers crossed the Atlantic to escape religious prosecution. Separation of the Church and State is the reason people came here. It is the reason we have America today!

The church and religion are connected today. I don't know when it first happened. I don't know why. I don't know how people let it happen. But it's nauseating, disgusting, and mind-boggling.

George W. Bush is trying to tighten that connection. Their is an abundance of evidence to support this, most recently his most recent nomination to The Supreme Court. I take offense to that fact that Bush would take religion in to consideration when nominating someone to The Bench, the highest court in the land, the one that is to protect the constitution, to keep religion and government separate. It's insulting to America, Americans, The Framers, and our history.

Was anyone else outraged when John Roberts had his hand on The Bible while being sworn in? Here is a man who is about to be Chief Justice of The Supreme Court, a man who is supposed to keep the constitution sacred, a man is to protect the constitution and all its elements, inlcuding separation of church and state, and he has his fucking hand on a Bible, which obviously shows that the government is acknowledging a religion, which is unconstitutional. Astonishing.

The Hypocracy of it all!

We are blind.

We will cause our own downfall.

I give our democracy as it is today a life expectancy of no more than 25 more years. Bleak? You bet. Honest? Yes. Americans are going to vote themselves into the shitter. But hey, 254 years will be a pretty good run at that point. Most governments do not last that long. We are on the decline heading into a socialist hell.

Hopefully the Free Nation of Deets will be up and running in about 15-20 years. I'm scouting locations right now. You are all welcome to be charter citizens. Leave your books on Marx and Lenin at home. Bring some anarchy; it'll be a party.

But seriously, get pissed at this shit. It really matters.

Does anyone else want to puke every time you hear Bush say, "God Bless America!"?

Until The Next.

Comments:
Though I agree with almost all of your points, I disagree with your position on the separation of church and state. This country was founded on protestant principles and although the church has no hold on the state anymore or education, that doesn't mean that our president can't voice his opinion on his personal christian beliefs (1st amendment right)to put his personal spin on things, or that putting a hand on the bible is enforcing religion more than merely exercising tradition... GW is a quack though, our situation is F'd up. I will give you that... I think Americans have gradually lost their voice. Now if you could take your post and lobby it...
